Our shipping methods are designed to ensure the safe arrival of your products, and our packaging is carefully chosen to protect your items during transit. We aim to provide transparent and affordable shipping costs to all our customers, building trust and loyalty.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Standard Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Custom & Bespoke Products

Because each bespoke display is made to order, custom items are non-returnable once production has begun.

Exceptions apply only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 business days of receipt.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Ownership & Responsibility

Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by BarDown Displays.

We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns.
